The SHARE Program
Iridium Technologies initial first-pass design success of a radiation-hardened standard cell digital library, and radiation-hardened digital gate array, was supported by The United States Air Force Research Laboratories (AFRL) Space Vehicles Directorate at Kirtland, Air Force Base through their Systematic Hierarchal Approach for Radiation Hardened Electronics (SHARE) Program.
SHARE's objective was to deliver affordable EDA tools, matched with design kits, to facilitate access to onshore foundries.
The prime contractor for the SHARE effort was L-3 Communications Electromagnetics & Electronics Division (San Diego, CA).
Some Results

The following figures show the results of a chain of inverters, used to extract individual gate timing. Stimulus curves are ORANGE, and resulting curves are BLUE.
The "notch" seen in the ORANGE curve was due to reflection, which was an artifact of the test setup.
